Metaltech Service Center has installed a new "Amada FO-3015NT 4000W" Laser.  The machine will produce precision parts with clean edge conditions, exceptional tolerances and near a machine finished appearance.  Cutting materials from alloy , carbon, stainless , nickel and aluminum sheet and plates with capacity up to 1" thick carbon , 3/4" thick alloy, 1/2" thick stainless/nickel and 3/8" thick aluminum.  As with our other equipment any computer generated shape or drawing can be loaded, nested  and reproduced with CNC precision whether one (1) piece or one thousand (1000) pieces.
